Mortgage Checklist

  

In order to process your application in a timely manner, the following documents are required for all applicants:

 

-Most recent month of pay stubs

-Last two years filed tax returns including all schedules, W2s and 1099s 

-If self-employed, copy of corporate tax returns for the past two years

-Original Bank statements for the past two months.

-Investment account statements for the past two months or quarter

-401k/ IRA / Retirement account statements for the past two months or quarter

-When applicable, the follow items may be required:

---Copy of Divorce Decree

---Copy of Bankruptcy Paperwork

---Copy of Foreclosure / Short Sale Information

-If you currently own other Real Estate:

---Mortgage account information

---Home insurance policy information

---Home equity account information (if applicable)

---Copy of leases

Your loan officer may request additional information based on your specific circumstances.
